Once again had another great experience at Verilife. My server today was Cassandra and from beginning to end, from phone call to visit Cassandra took excellent care of me.Even when they're busy they are kind and courteous. Everyone greets you with a smile, they make you feel welcomed like your visiting friends. This is why Veralife is my #1 go to and I've never been disappointed.

This was the best experience I’ve had going to a dispensary. First time I was at Verilife, and I was greeted by Angel. He walked through everything as it was my first time there. Jasmine and Edward were both very knowledgeable and friendly, they helped me with choosing what I needed. The whole staff was great, I definitely will be back!

Just became a new patient and I am thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Cassandra. She answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely do my shopping at the Fordham Rd. dispensary. They have a great menu. Thanks again Cassandra..

I've been coming here for a while now and can always expect great energy from the amazing staff. Ed was my Bud tender today and he a provided clear understanding of the product I was ordering and was very enthusiastic as always to assist. Aside from the service provided by Ed, 2 other budtenders, Jeff and Angel, assisted me in choosing a concentrate and further educated me its uses.As always, I left with a great product and great knowledge thanks to the amazing staff

It's always a pleasure visiting Verilife. Prices are great and they always have good discounts. The staff is helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I placed an order for pickup and Edward took care of things and I was in and out in no time.

I love this place! I was a customer since their last facility at Hunts Point! It is such an awesome atmosphere when invited inside the staff: Jeff, Edward, Naisha and Angel are the best! Today was my first time at a verilife location and I had an amazing experience. The staff was great! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. They answered all of our questions while making us feel very welcomed.Sara (the pharmacist) gave me a lot of useful information. She was very thorough and gave me clear instructions on how the products work. Meghan was the representative who took care of us. She was very patient and polite. I love this place; EVERYONE is very friendly and have great customer service. You can tell they love what they do because it shows in the way they treat you. I’ve had great recommendations from Danny and on my last two visits I’ve had the pleasure of being tended to by Bryana, whose personality makes you feel like you’ve known each other for years. She’s always great about making sure I’m aware of any product releases and restocks and makes sure to check for any store promotions that work in my favor. The site is easily accessible from the 4 train and it’s very clean and spacious once you enter. And the staff-ALL of them are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I was very excited to visit a dispensary closer to home. Upon entry I was greeted and welcomed so warmly. In the time it took for me to be registered, I had an opportunity to chat with the budtender, (your name escapes me right now 😩), who explained the process and shared the current specials. After entering, I was greeted warmly again by everyone and was tended to by Edward. Edward was so knowledgeable and helped me to make the best purchase for my needs. In all honesty, my concern with finding a dispensary has been tied to wanting to be in community with people who understand how this plant can truly support a healthy lifestyle and offer alternatives to pharmaceutical drugs. Edward wasn’t just trying to make a sale and I truly felt secure in taking his recommendations and I left with more knowledge than I came in with. He consulted with his colleagues which again highlights how knowledgeable and collaborative everyone is. I truly had a pleasant experience and enjoyed what I purchased, which was a hell of a deal too. I will absolutely make this my go-to location!

My first time going there today and I had a good time. Picking out the options were a bit limited, but I managed to find something that was VERY GOOD for my anxiety! The disposable carts are amazing and do just the trick for my medical ailments. Definitely recommend giving them a try. 😊

I adore the staff at the Fordham Road location from security to management. Everyone is helpful and know what they are talking about as long as you give them something to go on because cannabis strains are not one size fits all.I bought things I never would have if Franklin the awesome manager did not suggest it to me and I am so grateful. I only tried gorilla flue flower so far (works for pain!), but let me tell you...matter edibles work WONDERS especially the THC:CBD formulations and the disposable vapes are great (Lavender for pain and anxiety 10 out of 10 I recommend!). I added photos of 2 of my official go-to for pain as well.Definitely check out this location because I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

I’ve been a patient for quite some time and went to them even before they moved to Fordham road. All of staff is always amazing, patient, knowledgeable and make sure everything is done correctly. There products are just as great as the team that works there and usually have good discounts. Always a great experience coming out!!

Verilife is my favorite dispensary and the best in the city. They make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. Danny is my favorite he is so helpful. I even witnessed him walk out a senior citizen. I recommend Verilife 100%.

I really like Verilife Bronx location I did prefer the old location personally but I get the move of location to Fordham road. All the staff are very knowledgeable of their job, Friendly and Chill. The products at the dispensary I think are all high grade I have been blazin for 25 years. My only issue is .5gram carts in NY not just this store $75-$80 for live resin that is completely unacceptable compared to other states in USA for 1gram of live resin $40 average. Why do New Yorkers have to pay $75 for .5gram forces people to buy on the blackmarket and carts on the street are not safe. I enjoy my visits & Moto rides to this store overall very good experience.

The customer service was excellent but the flower was trash. It was so dried up that as soon as I put it my grinder it turn to dust basically, didn’t have a good taste and smelled like oregano. Keep the employees but get some better flower in there ASAP!!

The best dispensary you can find in the NYC area to be honest. Sometimes the call center messes up but its very very rarely. Every delivery driver is courteous and patient. Huge shoutout to Carly at the call center and Ryan the delivery guy. They really helped access my points and went above and beyond to fulfill my order! Amazing all around and I highly recommend.

IN Store Experience: ????????Verilife Bronx Location has very friendly service when you go in , very patient staff and Helpful with recommendations. I personally would recommend not using the delivery service especially if your going to spend some money.Delivery Experience: ????????????They did mess up my order with the wrong product and i was told its because “Call Center did not have updated menu” and offered 20% off next time. So I recommend going on for the correct products because if they give you the wrong product your money goes down the drain and you will be stuck with the wrong product. Please keep in mind delivery guy was very nice and the process and hand off was very quick. I still do not recommend you do delivery as THEY CANNOT RETURN DELIVERED PRODUCTS so your money will go down the drain if its not correct.

Still one of the best dispensaries but my delivery order has been messed up twice now in the span of two weeks and I have to keep shifting my schedule to accommodate them. I scheduled for today this morning and was told that there were slots and then they just moved it to Friday and said they contacted me but there was no recent calls from them at all. First time they gave me a discount which was very courteous but this time I did not receive one (items were on sale so I think that factored into it).

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a nice selection of medicinal products along with accessories. I would suggest creating a online account to receive promotions and sales they have every now and then.

As a patient I take my medication very seriously. When the dispensary lies to you about how many days a product takes up and then tells you you have none left because of THEIR MISTAKE that is a huge issue. Then does nothing to rectify the situation when you planned accordingly to use up your days to have enough medication.Another sad example of Ohio’s “medical” program, as long as they get our money they’re happy.You just lost a customer who comes in at least 3 times a week and lives 5 minutes away, for life.

I place an order and the total was 243 with discounts and they charge me 325 ignoring the special and the first response was I already charge you. The second person said that the special was only for the day I place the order, but the offer doesn't carry to the pick up day. I don't think I'll come back. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

The staff there are rude and provide a negative environment. With the exception of a few well trained polite & knowledgeable staff. Everything from the way they curse and encourage you to buy marijuana on the street in their conversation amongst each other while customers are there. If you have any complaints like why their products are half empty and look tampered with will not Be taken seriously. The general manager will hang up on you after she gives you a scripted response. Profit over people. I recommend going elsewhere. They try to force and push the products they want sold. Not what you and your medical professional have discussed.

Ariella assisted me and I must say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for cannabis. I need to update this as of today. I was a frequent customer i started to see how much they were robbing me skimmping me of my oil vape medicine. I have pictures and videos on how I was getting rob little by little on every visit. When I ask why I get the run around thats how there product come from factory. I will never do business with anyone from the Bronx. Paying 75 cash coming home with half the product in the vape pen the feeling is robbery. 0 stars if I had the chance to.

Bottles are uncomfortably sealed. The Vape Cartridges are never full. I ordered specif products for delivery. I don't get what I want and I have too settle for what in the inventory. I have three vape Cartridges that's not even open because im.tired of feeling like I'm being ripped off due to the quantity in the current vape I'm taking out of for 4 vape Cartridges I orderedfrom you in my last purchase around Dec 9 2020. Bad enough I had to order a professional scale from Amazon. So I can weigh the 7 grams you promote on the Cura leaf ???? flower. I've been a loyal customer for two years and haven't been offered a cup of coffee on behave of Customer appreciation. I think it's time you have your distributors give me a call so we can discuss the lack of quantity that's being placed inside those sealed bottles. And please have somebody pick up the the remaining vape bottles. I'd rather lose 225 dollars then give you another penny for your products in the future

Alright, just keeping it real; this place is okay. A bit overpriced when I compared to other dispensaries nearby. The all cash thing is annoying, and them not honoring my first time customer discount was perplexing. I ordered 2 items, one on sale, and was told it didn't qualify for first-time discount. So, for that reason alone I may not be back. I've been doing my research on local options... this place is at the bottom of my list so far. Also, parking was a BIT**! Lbvs

The atmosphere is chill but the food wasn't too tasty. I'd go back just because of the ambiance and the ability to smoke flower while getting your grub on, in an open environment.

I always have trouble getting through on the phone. I appreciate delivery and the 9.5mg capsules with one of the carts helps but the prices are so high that I can barely use it. At $50 per cartridge they would still make a killing. Does NOT need to be $75.

Had a pretty good first time experience , kinda the perfect day no traffic in NY , easy parking , and smooth process for ordering . The staff was real helpful and accommodating but you can tell they're still working out the kinks . Probably will be better with time . Got really stoned off the TEA and everyone at our table loved their food . Also the weed was good , look at the prices carefully as you can easily spend more on pre-rolls than fresh flower , just get yourself a cool $45 eighth and roll it yourself .

What needs to be said about this place that you cannot figure out? Nestled in Hollywood, great vibe, cool people working their. Indoor decor is a vibe with outdoor seating as well. Food was hella good, tons of tasty appetizer type entries. And weed, many, many different types if weed

I’ve been going to Verilife for close to a year now. I can’t say this is the best dispensary I’ve been to. Their product is decent but not spectacular. What really keeps me coming back is the service. They have great staff working there. They’re very pleasant to deal with and also fairy knowledgeable.

Honestly, the staff is welcoming, knowledgable, and professional. However, they need a delivery schedule!! ANY time after 3:30 works for me, but when I ask they say "it depends on the driver" "That shouldn't be a problem" "We'll put it in the notes". Not once has it worked out! It's extremely frustrating!

This is the first time I've ever been to a dispensary, so I can't say that I have a frame of reference to compare but I will say this... The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The process was easy, streamlined and fast. The facility was immaculately kept. They were very adamant about social distancing and wearing a mask is required to enter the premises. I loved the experience. And finally, the product is pretty damned good!!! I'll be back! Not like that... In a nice way.

I have been going here about 2 & 1/2 years. From my very first visit EVERYONE has been professional and knowledgeable. I am ALWAYS treated cordially andrespectfully making me feel very comfortable. My only complaint is $$ but in doing research I found they are the same as other dispensaries and the company decides that not the WONDERFUL people who work here at this location.

This is my go-to dispensary purely out of location convenience. There’s an Etain location in Yonkers that I haven’t visited yet but will try in the near future as well. The staff at Verilife are friendly and helpful and will tell you about deals that they may not have promoted widely.

The staff is so very welcoming it can be overwhelming bc your so nervous and don’t know what to say or expect? The staff here was so warm and welcoming and made it so easy to get information. There very knowledgeable and while it can be pricy still a great thing to see in the Bronx !!

I spent $120 dollars on some type of liquid that is still sitting in top of the counter in my kitchen. Money wested my personal opinion. For that I go see the local Jamaican they always got it good????

This was my first time here at this dispensary. This is the only one in the bronx and from the looks of it. Its black owned. I'm very pleased. I'm trying out different place to see the quality of their products. Last place I was at was, Columbia care. Just like them, this place was welcoming. The staff was helpful in every way. I can see my self coming here more often. Plus they deliver. Big plus. So if you have a Medical marijuana card, check them out. You need one to get in.

Friendly and helpful staff. They took their time talking to you, and explaining how the process works. They try to find the best way to treat your condition(s). Also the prices wasn't bad either.

Support this location! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; this location offers a variety of medical tincture, capsules, and vapors; and they deliver! The prices are great compared to other dispensaries in the city and the center is very clean and inviting.There is limited parking in front of the store, so you may have to park around the block. I'm not sure how close it is to bus stops, but a cab might be your best bet if you have to travel from the train.
