Great Service

June 2, 2023

By Marisol Hernandez from Del Norte CO

My family was in need of a newer vehicle and went in to look to see exactly what we could find. We were greeted by Jon Griffin who did the impossible for us. He was able to get us into a used vehicle that had all of our top features and as close to the price range we wanted. He made the process so smooth for us. We went in just looking if we could buy anything and left with our vehicle soon after. Even after the purchase he has continued to work with us with somethings that have come up. He has been great to work with and would recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle to reach out to him for help. Thanks Jon Griffin we appreciate all your help with this purchase. Good timing and great service made this unique purchase possible.

over charging

May 24, 2022

By furious and angry from colorado springs co

my experience is this place continues to take advantage of the elderly. my sister is 80 years old and had almost $5000.00 worth of work done and things charge that were never done. it took a month to get her jeep back! accusing of her putting 15,000 miles on a vehicle after her last oil change she doesnt even go anywhere but doc appts and store for groceries and when she does go to Colorado Springs someone has to take her. so tell me how can you continue to abuse the elderly? I have other family members that have complained but have no way to complain except to another family member like me who know how dealerships and mechanics screw people over AND CAN'T USE THE INTERNET WAKE UP YOU MAYBE THAT ELDERLY PERSON ONE DAY!

Run very far away

April 24, 2021

By Emily miller from South fork

Took my truck to the Chrysler service center and they fixed the suspension. 50k miles later i had catastrophic front end failure. Had them rebuild the front end and it never felt right. 40k miles after that repair the front end failed again and they once again rebuilt it. Less then 10k miles later the tie rod ends and lower control arms failed. So i sold the truck at a huge loss and bought a jeep. Brought it in at 21k miles for an oil change and snow tires and when i got it back it felt off. Brought it in a week later for alignment and they couldnt get it within spec but didnt investigate why, and when i asked i got a really snide response. That last interaction was in oct. Today i took it to a 4x4 place and had it looked at and the brushing in the control arm wasnt properly tightened and now the new tire and the control arm are shot. 2 totally different vehicles same issue over and over. If i could prove it was deliberate i would file court papers tomorrow. And it didnt take much to see the problem just lifting the jeep a little. So if it wasnt deliberate it was laziness or incompetence. Go to pueblo

This is a hard review to write. Update - My dream car had an engine failure between south fork ands del norte... this is where my insurance would tow me. Please keep in mind as you read this I live 700 miles away from this dealership. So now the facts.... engine failed on sept 28th at 930am... got towed into their location. Shop is dark, no cars on the visible racks... mechanic on his phone when we arrived at 11am and he stayed at a shelf surfing on his phone till 2pm. Dealership writes repair order and is in receipt of my extended warranty information. My extended warranty was expiring at 100k miles or 10/06/2019.Gm is on strike. So my car sits. Oct 25th strike ends.10/4. Service tech sends me an email talking about the wrong car assuring me my car is going to get diagnosedI called service mgr on 10/5. No call backCalled dealership mgr on 10/15. No call backCalled sales mgr...spoke to him...he assured me a call back....nothing.AC Failed on April 25th and emailedCalled on Friday April 1Finally got a call back on Wednesday 5/6 with not covered!!On Nov 12th, a new service tech emails confirming diagnosis had finally happened...over thirty days later, and explains the engine failure. Dealership calls extended warranty with incomplete information for warranty claim. On nov 28th dealership finally sends completed tear down to extended warranty for a new engine to be ordered. Dealership receives new engine on dec 9th. I schedule a flight out there to drive my car back based on the dealership schedule on dec 16th. On dec 13th dealership calls to explain the catalytic converters have gone bad... not only are they not covered.... they cant get them in time from gm to replace them.On Monday dec 16th...I scheduled for the shuttle driver to pick me up at 8am at the alamosa airport with the service tech. Please note it is 14° outside and the airport is closed due to weather. At 820am...I call the dealership myself asking about him.... he's having a cup of coffee and will be on his way shortly. He showed up stating he had no clue I was waiting. The positives...my car was clean, aligned and ready as she should have been, once I finally got thereThis experience has seriously soured me on Chevrolet....AND YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ever againFast forward 4 months, they didn't install the AC correctly when installing the new engine...Now not only have I paid out of pocket for catalyctics that have been confirmed by 2 separate dealers and my extended warranty that they would have been covered, now add on my AC.BE WARNED....BE SCARED!!!!!!

ROGER FROM TEXAS

July 20, 2017

By Roger from Texas

I was lucky enough to meet and deal with the dealership and it was a great one. I wasn't so lucky that I broke down. The people at Town and country were more than happy to help me in every way I needed. Jon Griffin made my time there effortless and easy. I would highly recommend them to work with, not saying this because I was in a bind. I have bought alot of vehicles in my life and there was the most enjoyable one ever. Keep up the great work folks. Customer Service!!!!!!!!

February 22, 2017

By Gail Spinn from Port Aransas, Texas

I work in the service business and realize the value of good service and helpful folks. My transaction with Town and Country could not have been better. Jon Griffin is a super guy and is so kind. I had flown in from Texas to get my Jeep Commander and I was on my way back to Texas when I had a slight problem. I called Jon and he told me to bring it right back. The service department worked their magic and had a part there first thing the next morning and I was on the road before 11:00 AM. I am pleased with the vehicle. Jon Griffin, the wonderful sales rep, Scott who helped me with the paperwork, and Steven who made the Jeep roadworthy, all worked together to make my experience a happy and remarkable one. Working with a smaller, personal dealership is nice too as everyone is like family. They even paid for my hotel stay and gave me a car to drive until I could pick up my car the next morning. All in all, if everyone treated their customers like this --- it would be a perfect world. Thanks guys! You were terrific. I will call you when I am ready for another Jeep!!!

Big Thank You!!!

February 1, 2017

By Kathy Cruse from Creede, Colorado

A big thank you to Joey and Stephen and the Jeep service department for all of the outstanding service I have received since moving to Colorado over four years ago. They are courteous and professional. I have never had a bad experience and look forward to many more years of the same wonderful service. Last week I finally traded my much loved Jeep Commander. It was a hard decision to make, but Jon Griffin made it the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. I had a phone conversation with Jon and he really listened. He suggested the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I drove it, then I bought it. It couldn't have been easier. I really loved my Commander and spent the last year trying to decide what to do. Jon made the decision easy and the transaction smooth. Thank you so much.

Great service! Highly recommended!

January 2, 2017

By Paul from Wellington, CO

Buying a vehicle is always a challenging experience. Hopefully this review will help you seriously consider Jon Griffin at Town & Country Automall. We had a very helpful and pleasant experience working with Jon. We live over 300 miles away which could really have further complicated the process, but it didn't. Jon worked with us consistently from the time we initially talked until we arrived to purchase the vehicle. He was always available and answered the many questions we had promptly and completely. Further he made the negotiation process simple and straightforward so that we knew what we would be paying and had confidence that "our" Explorer would still be available before we made the long drive down. When we arrived, we found no unforeseen surprises or issues and hand as smooth a transition as possible. Our kids even had donuts to snack on while we did the paperwork! Following our purchase we received our title quickly as well. I would definitely make the trip to Alamosa again to work with Jon and the Town & Country team next time I need a vehicle.
