I also do not recommend sending your child here if they are a member of the LGBTQ community or if they fall within a racial minority. I have seen multiple instances of mistreatment of students who fall within those guidelines from students and faculty alike. At one point in 7th grade, priests came into every class, speaking out against the LGBTQ community, specifically the trans community. There are many instances of bullying and harassment among students at SOTI especially from grades 2-8, especially among the females. The academics and high school preparation are wonderful here, along with the school spirit and traditions. If your child will fit in, send them here....
