Free Shipping Policy

Hollister charges a $7 flat rate ground shipping fee (4-9 days, maximum 14 days), except for gift card only orders, which ship free. Two-day, expedited shipping costs $15, while next day shipping costs $22. Return Policy

Hollister gladly accepts returns or exchanges online or in-store when accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Refunds are issued in original payment form if received within 60 days of order shipment. Any returns or exchanges received after 60 days of shipment are still accepted and granted store credit. If a return is submitted online, store credit is given in the form of an e-gift card. A $7 fee is deducted from the refund amount if using the shipping label Hollister provides either via email or in the order’s packaging. If you select another shipping provider, you are responsible for any fees associated with mailing the return. All returns made in-store are free, whether or not the order was placed in-store or online.
